Life Outside Festival
Get your outdoor yoga flow on with Debby at Life Outside Festival on June 9 at Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park.
This free event offers you the chance to see, learn and do all sorts of outdoor activities, including canoeing, tree climbing, mountain biking, bird watching, rock climbing, standup paddleboarding, trail running, yoga and more. It’s free and open to participants of all ages and skill levels.
We have an amazing outdoor culture here in St. Louis, but it can be hard to know how to get started with any particular activity.
It can be intimidating, but Life Outside is a great way for people to learn directly from the experts without any price tag or pressure. So come get some vitamin D and learn more about all the opportunities to be outside in our area. And salute the sun with some yoga outdoors as well.
Great Rivers Greenway and Terrain Magazine‘s Life Outside Festival brings together area businesses, nonprofits and clubs to offer activities for people of all ages. Attendees can see, try and learn ways to spend more of their lives outside. Free activities include tree climbing, kayaking lessons, birdwatching, rock climbing, stand up paddle boarding, nature crafts and activities for kids, walks and bike rides throughout the day, gardening and yoga.
