Manifest Station Food

Sustainable, Nutrient-Dense
Plant-Based Food

As stewards of the Earth, we attempt to purchase our produce locally. It saves gas, carbon emissions, and supports the local economy.  Our menu includes mostly locally grown vegetables. We also recycle, buy in bulk when possible, and compost our food waste. We will be dining on real china with silverware as well – not Styrofoam nor plastic.

Manifest Station plant-based food is sustainably grown and we compost our waste.

We dine as a community five times over the weekend at Manifest Station. Each meal table acts as a unifier, a place for us to mindfully engage in communal connection. Eating together is not another appointment on a busy schedule, but rather an opportunity to de-stress, a chance to connect and catch up. Please try to sit with someone new at each meal if you're able. Ask your fellow Manifester what he/she/they liked most so far about this festival.
