As stewards of the Earth, we attempt to purchase our produce locally. It saves gas, carbon emissions, and supports the local economy.  Our menu includes mostly locally grown vegetables supplied by a neighbor – Double Star Farms: Double Star Farms. We also recycle, buy in bulk when possible, and compost our food waste. We will be dining on real china with silverware as well – not Styrofoam & plastic.

We dine as a community five times over the weekend at Manifest Station. Each meal table acts as a unifier, a place for us to mindfully engage in communal connection. Eating together is not another appointment on a busy schedule, but rather an opportunity to de-stress, a chance to connect and catch up. Please try to sit with someone new at each meal if you're able. Ask your fellow Manifester what he/she/they liked most so far about this festival.
