First Terrain Magazine - St. Louis will lead a group ride around the perimeter of the lake and add a little on the east side for a 10-mile bicycle ride.

CENTER

Then we'll park our bikes, helmets and shoes and head out onto the lake aboard Glide paddleboards where I will guide us in a 45-minute SUP Yoga class.

SUNSET
