What to Expect
This fundamental ROOT class is streamed online for members of Life Time. Filmed live from Life Time Frontenac this 60-minute experience is lead by me flowing right along with you! Tune in to your mind, body and breath as you learn to mindfully engage your muscles to support your body with integrity.
Equipment Used
Yoga Mat. If you have yoga blocks you'd like to include, you might add in blocks or substitute a thick hardback book for a block.
