Date Night Yoga

This playful workshop designed just for couples, is the perfect date night for you and your favorite yogi or yogi wannabe. Looking to get out of that dinner and movie date night rut and in need of a fun and fresh alternative for sparking your love connection? You will find a comfortable space at Breathe & Bend Hot Yoga in Albers, IL to explore the power of partner yoga, stretches, massage and mindfulness.

We’ll begin Date Night Yoga with a cacao treat & a brief ceremony. Raw cacao powder – called the sexual sweetener – contains phytochemicals known to affect Phenethylamine, or PEA, a compound released into the brain when we’re attracted to someone. Expect to learn some yoga postures that you will incorporate into partner stretching exercises. Postures will be tailored to fit your level of skill and comfort and plenty of soft, supportive props on hand for safely accessing shapes in your body. We will end with a transformative, guided, candlelit couples’ meditation.
