In this 60 minute experience, we will flow with our Mother Earth in a yoga practice that includes grounding onto our planet, breathwork as big as the sky, tuning in to our biology, and feeling the current flow through us and our practice.

Ground Down. Rise Up.
So here we find ourselves, civilized in a modern world, but disconnected from the primal, powerful source of energy and healing…. the Earth. For our Mother Earth is basically a six sextillion (that’s a six followed by twenty-one zeroes) metric ton battery that is continually being replenished by solar radiation, lightning, and heat from its deep-down molten core. The natural rhythmic pulsations of energy flowing through and emanating from the surface of the Earth keep the biological machinery and global life running in rhythm and balance. And this includes you.
Unfortunately, we live like cut flowers, detached from the nourishing Earth energy. Earthing, also known as grounding, is simply reconnecting to the Earth’s healing energy.
We will connect to the gravitational pull that keeps us all upright, that grounds us and completes our circuitry. We will find equilibrium as we combine with the Earth’s gravitational field and balance out our breath and minds. We will tune in and rise up.
