YogaSix Power classes are heated, strength building, full-body blasts designed to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. These vinyasa classes move at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative and energizing. This workout will take your body and mind through a heated, sweaty and challenging journey. Fridays 9:30-10:30am 

YogaSix Power Yoga classes are 60 minutes long and taught in a hot room. Each class has a specific theme – twisting, lateral side bending, or spinal flexion and extension. Expect to build heat quickly and flow at a strong pace as you skillfully warm and prepare your body for the peak pose. Power yoga classes challenge the cardiovascular system, build strength and increase flexibility.

Power Yoga is a fantastic class but it’s not suited for new yoga practitioners. Physically it’s one of our more advanced classes, and the heat adds an additional challenge. If you’re looking specifically for an all levels yoga class try my Y6 Deep Stretch and Y6 Slow Flow.
