Join Sally Drake and friends for an incredible weekend of connection, discovery, fun, and relaxation with a group of amazing women October 18-20, 2024 at Camp Manitowa in Benton, IL just 90 minutes drive from St. Louis.

Here is the tentative schedule. Please keep in mind, you can do all of it or pick and choose:

Friday:

  • 3:30-4:30pm – Arrive and get settled in your yurt
  • 5:00pm – Gather for a rundown of the weekend events, introductions, meet our facilitators, & mini-meditation to set intentions for the weekend.
  • 6:00pm – Dinner – the food will be amazing.
    Bonfire and social time.

Saturday:

  • Anytime: Hike around camp trails
  • 7:30a – Coffee available
  • 7:30am – 20min run or walk + full body workout w/ Sally (all levels welcome!)
  • 8:30am – BREAKFAST
  • 9:30am – Lynnea Brumbaugh – Breathe, Move, Thrive – harness the power of focused energy to create flow, gain traction, and elevate performance
  • 10:30am – Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
  • 11:30am – Erin Joy – The Psychology of Entrepreneurship
  • 12:30-1:30pm Lunch

​Afternoon options: (depending on the group)

  • 1:30pm – Shannon Tamme – Returning Harmony to Your Home & Life; The Holistic Approach to Organizing
  • 2:30pm Ropes Course or kayaking
  • 3:30pm – Flower crown making with Sara Ward
  • 4:00pm – Optional Pleasant Hollow Winery excursion on the camp bus OR arts and crafts
  • 6pm Dinner
  • 7pm Music, dancing, & fun around the bonfire

Sunday options:

  • 7:30am Coffee available
  • 7:30am – 20min run or walk + full body workout w/ Sally
  • 8:30am BREAKFAST
  • 9:30-10:30am – Sound healing with Anna Ortiz-Aragon
  • Option for morning bike ride on quiet roads around the lake
  • 10:45am Yoga for all levels with Debby Siegel
  • 12:00pm Lunch & reflection
  • Option for bike ride, hike, kayaking before departing!

During the entire camp, you can pick and choose what you will attend. Curate your own weekend.
Take all the free time that you want. Sleep late, and have a friend grab you breakfast!

What to bring:

  • Bedding & towels (if you are flying in, contact Sally about this)
  • Sunscreen
  • Bug spray
  • Ear plugs
  • A variety of clothing/hats/shoes for activities and weather changes
  • Yoga mat (we will have a few extras!)
  • Bicycle if you want to ride on the nearby routes…..breathtaking!
