Flow at a slowed-down pace so there’s time to explore individual postures and transitions. Newer students find this builds confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students refine the fundamentals of alignment and dive into deeper focus. We begin each class toasting with our water, and spend a few moments breathing together before moving.

This is a hybrid lunar yoga class with an emphasis on yin yoga. If your intention is to work on mobility to increase your range or ease of motion, yin tissues are more responsible for tensile restrictions than the yang. Yang is something stretchy and elastic (muscles); yin is the deeper, less-yielding tissues (ligaments, tendons, joint capsules, cartilage, bones). We will deliberately target these tissues in this class. While active movement and solar yoga classes like flow classes are yang and necessary, yin is the lunar half. Yin and Yang. You need both = Balance.
PAJAMA YOGA – Lunar Yoga with an Emphasis on Restoring You

This is a hybrid lunar yoga class with an emphasis on yin & restorative yoga, where projected images of nature and 528 Hz music along with breathing visuals help you restore balance in your body’s systems. Wear whatever the bleep you want! I’m guiding in PJs!
This class is intended to equip you with the tools to settle your body into a deeper rest-and-digest phase. We will slow our central nervous system while increasing flexibility and agility through some deep, long stretches and holds. Wear your PJs if you want. I will! (Props like pillows and belts help us linger longer.)
PAJAMA YOGA – Lunar Yoga for Deep Delta Wave Sleep
LIVE THURSDAY EVE 7:11-8:11PM CT
This 60-minute lunar class intends to soothe your body and prepare you for more deep delta wave level sleep tonight. Delta sleep enhances the restorative physical healing powers of your body. Sleep is when your body does most of its healing. While asleep your mind can direct energy and the passage of nutrients, to where they are most needed. With a degree of ease.
Yoga is for every body. If you find yourself in this moment wanting to support your body by practicing from a char, try this class. We will use chairs, blocks (or books or plastic food containers), straps (or belts or scarves) pillows and you. And….. you can be wearing whatever you want!
