Join Debby Siegel, RYT Wednesday, October 24 at 12pm for a FREE 60-minute Halloween themed Yoga class on the night of the full moon! This vinyasa style yoga class includes Halloween inspired poses, tunes and a costume contest. The yogi voted by the class as having the best costume wins a free one month membership to Wellbridge Athletic Club & Spa Clayton.
Breathable and moveable costumes are encouraged.
Dressing up is optional.
Treats: Each student receives a $20 gift card toward a spa treatment as a treat! Plus, a juice from Wellbridge’s Energy Bar will be provided after class along with a 5 minute quick tour of the 2 story club & spa.
So get ready to hocus, pocus, and refocus with some tricks that will treat your body right.
