- 8-9:30a Morning Yoga with a little Acro Yoga

- 12-6p Grand Canyon (Road Trip snacks included)
- 6:30-7:30p Dinner
- 8-9p Yoga Nidra / Soundbath with Debby
WED MAR 23
- 9-10a Vinyasa Slow Flow with Debby
- 11a-12n Brunch
- 12:30-4:30 hike or e-bike + some metaphysical group experience in Sedona
- 6-7p Dinner
- 8-9 Restorative Yoga

To stay in touch regarding news about the retreat, make sure you visit the Facebook Event page and click on “GOING.” As it gets closer to March we will share a suggested packing list. Southwest Airlines, Frontier and Allegiant all fly to Phoenix. Flagstaff is a stunning 2 hour drive north from there.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available. Up to 90 days prior to the event start date, ticket holders may request a full refund, less any transaction fee. From 89-74 days prior to the event start date, a 50% refund (less transaction fees) is possible. Closer than 74 days, no refunds are available.
We will have Covid waivers at the event. By registering, you agreed to allow us to photograph you and post images.
