This workshop will focus on exploring the edges of poses. Have you wondered how to expand a pose to another variation with good alignment and safe movement? We will spend time discussing the anatomy, and necessary openness and strengths to create expansive new expressions with our bodies and minds.
Some shapes we'll examine:
Wild Thing (or Flip Dog), Bound Extended Side Angle, Bird of Paradise, any suggestions (give them to Amber).
