Transform fear into fearlessness Sunday Jan 7, 10-11:43a as we take flight in an Arm Balance Clinic at Breathe & Bend Hot Yoga.

Then we'll land in the Salt Mine in the basement while we are delighted with the music of Harmony Om.

YANG = FLIGHT SCHOOL

Come fly away with friends using props & walls and your very own wings.

YIN = SOUND MEDITATION

Then land in a salt room prepared for you to receive the rewards of rest. (22 minutes)
