Invite that courageous soul to experience Mother Nature and dive deep into your strengths of balance and centered attention. We float in an outdoor classroom, anchored in a setting on the lake in front of the Boathouse at Forest Park. These classes are provided free of charge by Big Muddy Adventures during the summer months 2024. Class begins at 6:30 and ends at 7:30pm. Big Muddy at the Boathouse closes at 8pm.
