Using the support of a chair, students explore safe stretches, simple postures, and mobility exercises that ease tension and improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This practice is perfect for anyone who is recovering from injury, or prefers a more supported approach to yoga.

With a focus on functional movement and calming breathwork, Chair Yoga helps release stress, awaken energy, and restore a sense of steadiness—right from your seat. No experience, special clothing, or mat required. Just come as you are, breathe, and move in a way that feels good.
