This SURRENDER class is streamed online for members of Life Time. It is filmed live from their Frontenac, MO location, and is lead by me holding these shapes right along with you!

This slow, meditative yin yoga practice, designed to mindfully stress your body’s connective tissues, is a nice complement to your "yang" yoga and fitness classes. You will breathe into the ever-changing sensations that arise in long-held poses on your mat. Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune in to your mind and body.

Yoga Mat. If you have props you'd like to include, you might add in blocks and / or bolsters. Don't have blocks or bolsters but want support? Try substituting a thick hardback book for a block or pillows for bolsters.

A collaboration between UCBC & Debby Siegel, this is an accessible Vinyasa-style yoga class in Urban Chestnut’s midtown location, followed by a brew & pizza. In addition to an hour long yoga practice in the brewery, each yogi receives a Sparkling Hop Water (n.a.) and a ticket for an Urban Chestnut hard cider/beer of choice and a slice of pizza (vegan pizza options too).

(Drink tickets to be used July 23 and only by those 21+.)

Stick around after class to sip and savor this time together. BYO yoga mat.

Covid guidelines: We will follow the current social distance and masking guidelines for St. Louis at the time of this event, July 23, 2021.
