Stretch + Restore

Explore techniques for regulating your nervous system and releasing stored tension through practices of Yin & Restorative Yoga. Mondays at noon for one hour with me and your Self.

This class holds postures with lots of body parts on the mat and for longer periods of time, encouraging mindfulness practices such as pranayama (breath control), guided meditation, yoga nidra, sound healing and more. Expect to settle into stillness, to find rest for your nervous system, and to bring a calmer state of being out into your world.
