This invigorating movement experience combines Buti® Yoga and ecstatic dance in a format I’m dubbing Buti® Pop! This will be a hybrid experience that will incorporate the dynamic asanas fused with primal movements found in Buti® Yoga and will be layered with free form ecstatic dance time with all your flow toys and chakra invigorating seed tone exploration. So get ready to stir up your energy centers and find it exploding into the universe with expansive moves and even guttural noises intended to tap into your wild side. Let’s pop. (BYO flow toys)
