It's a full snow moon in Arizona?! Let's salute the moon for once! Travel your mind and body to another dimension in this cosmic yoga class set to a celestial song list sure to move your soul. Eclipse those busy thoughts with balanced breathwork and transformational movement in this 75-minute FLOW class led by Debby Siegel, Yoga Evangelist. Expect to find your zen on a mat with Debby. No prior yoga experience necessary. A willingness to explore the cosmos of your relaxed mind a plus. Bring a yoga mat (or use one of LifePower's), water & you.

Strengthen your connection while creating loving memories with Date Night Yoga at the Life Time Frontenac. This class led by Debby Siegel and Tim DeWitt is open to non-members as well as members.
This playful workshop designed just for couples is the perfect night out for you and your favorite yogi or yogi wannabe. Looking to get out of that dinner & movie date night rut and in need of a fun and fresh alternative for sparking your love connection? You will find a comfortable space to explore the power of partner yoga, stretches, massage and mindfulness at the new Life Time in Frontenac.
We'll begin Date Night Yoga with a cacao treat from Life Time Cafe & a brief ceremony. Raw cacao powder - called the sexual sweetener - contains phytochemicals known to affect Phenethylamine, or PEA, a compound released into the brain when we're attracted to someone. Expect to learn some yoga postures that you will incorporate into partner stretching exercises. Postures will be tailored to fit your level of skill and comfort. We will end with a transformative, guided couples meditation to the sweet sounds of Tim's hand pan.You'll also:
- Harness the intimate power of eye gazing
- Find connection, trust & healing through restorative partner stretches & massage
- Learn and appreciate awareness in the present moment
- Improve your healthy body image and self-esteem
- Improve your circulation
Members: $50 investment per couple. Non-members $70/couple.
Child care is available in the Kids Academy that's open 6-9pm on February 15.

New moons are the sky’s reminder that we don’t need to be whole to shine. We can begin again. And we all have the same celestial access to this rock traveling around our planet gifting us light in the darkness.
You have the answers you need. Come document them as we flow a little, yin some and journal a bit, setting our intentions and planting seeds for this next moon cycle... an important one as it carries us from the season of dormancy (winter) into that of rebirth (spring).

ROOT Fundamentals is a signature yoga class of LifePower Yoga at Life Time Frontenac. ROOT's intention - providing a welcoming entry point to LifePower Yoga. It is designed for students new to yoga, students dealing with physical limitations or injuries, and experienced students who are looking to slow their practice down. This class has a therapeutic quality to it by allowing students to feel more, look inward and heal deeply. I teach ROOT:
- Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am
- Thursdays 9:45-10:45am
- Saturdays noon-1p
And am subbing this class for Maggie for 3 Tuesdays.
