Mats & Mimosas! Join me for some physically distanced Yoga + Mimosas at Intaglia Home & Garden in Maplewood. Intaglia is a former auto repair garage turned home & gift store. We will have all 3 garage bay doors open (thus the Yoga in the Bay Area!) for our flow in this quaint home goods shop, and then cap off our experience with mimosas and lite bites.
This class is free, but you will need to reserve a spot by clicking on this ticket link as there are a limited number of spots.

COVID info: Masks are required inside the store. Distancing encouraged and our mats will be 6 feet apart (unless you live with the person next to you.) We are limiting the event to 20 mats for distancing guidelines. You may flow without a mask and of course enjoy mimosas too. Please stay home if you feel unwell.

Celebrate how much we have to give, and relish in this refreshing abundance as we help unfold, challenge, and open the body, mind and heart. Bring two healthy non-perishable food items (or three or five) as your entry fee. All proceeds will be donated to The Fit and Food Connection - a local non-profit providing healthy living resources through food assistance, physical fitness, and nutrition to low income families throughout Northern St. Louis city and county. This is a Vinyasa Flow (think unheated Power) 60-minute class. Modifications for all students. Class size is limited to 16 students.
