Debby’s Self Discovery
Forever a student of this mighty practice, it was in her forties that Debby discovered yoga and the healing it grants the body and mind. It has helped her navigate many of life’s transitions since, including a career shift into the humbling role of yoga teacher. Debby creatively guides yoga students with her earthy mix of attentive alignment, fluid movement and breath awareness. She encourages curiosity about the practice and often uses props to further enhance the asana experience. Debby’s fresh ideas engage people’s imaginations as students are whisked away from routine and carried along on magical yoga journeys with inspiration woven into every class, workshop, and event she leads. With no shortage of causes she champions, Debby lives her mantra “I possess infinite potential” every day.

Climbing Weekend in AR

Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in Jasper, Arkansas is our next climbing road trip destination. We will ascend some of the finest sandstone sport climbing anywhere and crash overnight in a little airbnb that fits 15 in 4 bedrooms. We are limiting it to 10 people and just splitting the total cost. We also ask that you contribute to a potluck breakfast both Saturday morning and Sunday.
Featured in multiple outdoor magazines, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch climbing is one of the best climbing areas east of the Rockies. Whether you are an experienced climber or lacing up your shoes for the first time, you will find routes to suit you in these mountains. There are more than 300 bolted sport routes at the Ranch, ranging from a beginner-friendly 5.5s to an awe-inducing 5.14.
We will each contribute something for two potluck breakfasts Saturday & Sunday. Other than that, meals are on our own (crag or local restaurant). We will checkout of the airbnb on Sunday 11am and can check in at 4pm Friday. J will drive a van load for gas $$ and we will leave St. Louis at 6am, heading straight to the crag before unloading back at the home. If you're interested in carpooling, message me!
