I will be guiding daily yoga as well as Mindful Macrame at this retreat with Breathe & Bend Hot Yoga in Montezuma, Costa Rica November 4-11, 2023. This is one of the five blue zones in the world! Nestled into a cozy eco-lodge in this tropical beach town, we will breathe in the lush rainforest air, visit nearby waterfalls, and gasp at the view of the Pacific Ocean from our cliff edge resort shalas.

Imagine a sunrise yoga practice in a shala with ocean views, a salt-water Infinity pool, healthy and delicious included menu made mostly from organic produce grown on their farm paired with locally-sourced fish and meat. This retreat will be packed full of adventure, daily yoga classes, and a wide variety of workshops and excursions.
